📦 Important Information

Customs & Import Duties

Payable import duties, taxes, or shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to understand all costs before ordering. Customers are responsible for ensuring acceptance of their items. Any re-delivery must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Order Not Arrived / Returned to Sender

Please use the Australia Post and Sendle online tools to track your parcel. We are not responsible for delivery faults by Australia Post or Sendle. Contact us for assistance, but we are unable to issue refunds in these circumstances.

If your parcel is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a store credit once we receive it. This typically occurs when multiple delivery attempts have been made or the parcel has been awaiting collection at your local post office. Please note: redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to process refunds for returned parcels.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your postal address before placing your order. We will help where possible, but if an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund or replace the goods.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and paid for, cancellations will be issued as a store credit for the full purchase amount.
